Truffle Makers

Great truffles start with great ingredients. We combine farm-fresh cream from local Jersey cows and pure Belgian chocolate, then follow a six-step process to create truffles that contrast a creamy center with a delicately crisp chocolate shell.

Gelato Fanatics

Gelato is made with mostly milk, rather than cream. This means gelato is lower in fat than ice cream or custard, but more importantly allows us to churn it in a way that gives a richer flavor and smoother, silkier texture.

We make all of our gelato right here in the shop with milk from grass-fed local cows. Come try an Italian classic such as Stracciatella, or one of our ever-changing experimental flavors!
