Each gift certificate pays for a chocolate class for one participant.  Once purchased, the recipient can schedule for the date that works best for them!  Classes are generally offered Thursdays and Sundays at 4pm.  Chocolate Class Gift Certificates are mailed with a card explaining how to redeem them.
